It was our first time at the new Monroe, GA location. The burgers took a little longer than we thought they would for the time of day, but we were offered a $10 "gift" card for the inconvenience. Very appreciated, but just an acknowledgement of the length of time would have been enough. Will definitely visit again

Nothing but great burger here. Friendly staff, place is always clean, and the quality of food is always consistent. Been to other Five Guys and sometimes it can be a hit or miss. Online order works well. Parking lot is small and it's hard to find parking space during rush hours, but there are more parking spaces available next to Progressive Lighting.
